Order Processing
Please allow up to five (5) working days for us to prepare and pack your order.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 1 working day so you know it’s on the way.
Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do NOT offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail delays, strikes, weather, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
- £3.48 flat rate for orders under £50
- Free UK shipping for orders £50+
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
If your service includes tracking, your dispatch email will contain a tracking link.
Untracked services will still receive a dispatch confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — additional postage costs may apply.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels
Once your order has been handed to Royal Mail, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
However, we will always support you in resolving delivery issues.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours with photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
