Some worries don't stay small. They follow your child through the day, and into yours too.

The Worry Pads give those worries somewhere to go. Your child writes a worry down when it turns up, then you come back to it together later, in a short, calm worry time. Designed for children aged 6–10.

 

What's inside
  • The Worry Diary Pad. 30 pages for writing worries down as they come up during the day.
  • The Worry Time Pad. 30 guided pages to look at them together for about 10 minutes in a calm moment, such as before dinner or bedtime.
  • A one-page guide for grown-ups to help you start worry time in a way that fits your family.

Worry time is a technique used in cognitive behavioural therapy.
